30th September 2006, 6.00pm: Hope Street, City Centre, Glasgow
I snap what will be my last umbrella, as September comes to a close. This lunchtime I drove to the Chinese hypermarket underneath the M8 to snap an umbrella I had seen when sans camera. Alas it had gone. So from a picture lost to another gained; a red umbrella perched jauntily perched on a milk trolley outside my regular coffee shop. I crouch down and take repeated photos of nearby group of saturday lads acting tough as the afternoon turns to evening.
