Gusting out of the SE along with the sun: wind and shine are pushing the day back. It’s brightening above and the tide is racing up the Channel below. In the distance the wind is clearing the clouds and Black Combe is just there, almost indistinguishable, as if it is being moulded out of the grey cloud.
