17th April 2006, 5.40pm: Museum Gardens, York
A long Easter weekend visiting York but cutting through the Park to the Station and the train ride home. Chance upon this umbrella skewering the bin. I take a couple of photos and we scurry on, only to run slap bang into a building football riot on the edge of York city centre; police everywhere ready for trouble and gangs of York City fans ready to do battle with some apparently aggrieved visiting club.
