18th May 2006, 6.25pm: Gorbals Street, Gorbals, Glasgow
Only a few minutes after collecting the last umbrella, and maybe 100 yards further on, is this second, still in the gutter, in an almost identical position to one I found a few months hence. I take some photos while nearby someone snaps pictures of tower blocks and eyes me quizzically as a nearby bus shelter stacked with young casuals looks on laconically.
