A calm day, a little wind from the North, the cold slowing what must be happening North of here. And snow on Black Combe, a beautiful dusting of its top half, making it a two-tone mountain, wonderfully smooth and white, with the snow continuing inland across the Lakes; all of it lit up by the morning sun.
