A lovely clear bright day, the water beneath almost aqua, and showing the bottom in patches, glimpses through the water which has lightened in the sun. Away, Black Combe is spotted, brown and black, in sunshine and cloud, empty and quiet but for its sheep, but looking serene and confident, stealing the view.
