There haven’t been too many days when I’ve rued having to stand here and take a photo, but this is definitely the top one of those days: a physical gale of a southwesterly is pushing in, bringing horizontal driving rain, and pushing around all in its path, so that I have to brace myself against a lamppost to take the photo. The day is grey and torn, with the view close at hand. On the water the boats tough out the conditions and ride wind and high tide resolutely
