A bright chilled day, the sun only just taking the edge out of the air, while the light west-northwest wind pushes it across the day. Black Combe is sitting high in the view, it’s valleys clear and well defined, though the distant air has a slight haze to it. A trawler is back in from sea, returning with the rising tide and heading up towards the quayside by the Dock Museum after a cold night’s fishing.
