This view continues to fascinate, even down to these last few days. High tide, blue water and a crisp blue sky showing up a snow covered Black Combe, her top and sides covered in ice and snow from last night. The day itself is cold with a brisk northwest wind rolling in, but the storms of yesterday have abated and most of the damage cleared away.
