Another sunny day but with a strong west wind that chills your fingers and keeps you walking. The Lakes Hills are clear, and apart from Black Combe are dusted with snow. No boats or trailers again. The cold must be keeping them away, but surely it won’t be too long before weekends mean busy slipways and queues of parked trailers.
