In many ways, the view looks almost black and white this morning, save for the splash of colour and the flashes of pink from the mooring buoys. Black Combe grey in relief in the distance, the sky white and the water a steely colour. It’s a calm day with only a light west wind and little sun; the high winds of yesterday have calmed and left.
