Near the bottom of the tide, with the banks yawning clear and uncovered, with the boats being pushed around by the strong northwest wind rolling in and sending strong ripples across the water’s surface. There is blue sky out to sea, but above, most of this view all is cloud and shade. The only activity on the water is what looks to be the Coastguard launch, berthed out of view behind one of the trawlers, carrying out an inspection of some kind
